All products are sold as is, and the customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate product before completing the purchase. Therefore, refunds are not provided once the order has been completed. However, customers may request to exchange their product for another item within the same category or of equal or lesser value within up to 120 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition and has not been used or damaged. If a replacement product of lower value is selected, the price difference will not be refunded.
